Our chefs and service staff have trained and worked in some of the finest restaurants and food halls in the country.
Martin Higgins (chef/director) qualified at the world famous Westminster Hotel School in London, passing with distinctions, going on to work at the Dorchester Hotel, London, the Connaught Hotel, London, and then on to private directors' dining rooms.
All our staff are trained, where necessary, at least to, and above, the basic food hygiene certificate, being a strict requirement of law. The French Collection Catering Company is fully adapted to meet all new food hygiene, preparation, storage and transportation regulations.
We keep in touch with many highly regarded personnel within the catering profession, to seek, and learn more about, any new advances being made. If we find anything that we think will be of benefit to our customers and ourselves, we pursue it.
