French Collection Catering: Terms and Conditions
  • 48 hours notice for a function is preferred, although we will do our best to accommodate any late
    bookings.
  • For account holding customers payment is required 7 days from date of invoice.
  • For non-account holding customers a 10% non-refundable deposit is required for a booking. Payment is required 7 days before the function.
  • A good idea of numbers attending is required 6 days beforehand. Confirmed numbers attending is required 3 days before hand.
  • Children’s prices are available at any function.
  • At certain functions where service staff are charged for it will be from the time they arrive to the time they depart. At certain functions service staff will be charged for, for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Quotation prices are held for six months from date of quote unless a change in circumstances beyond our control e.g. increases in vat rate, unexpected rise in food cost.
  • Vegetarians, vegans & any special diets are catered for. Please inform us at time of booking.
  • Costs for service staff if chargeable vary, the cost per hour will be confirmed on your quotation.
  • Vat is added at the current rate.
  • For cancellation of an event, 21 days notice is required. Any cost incurred for equipment or services obtained before cancellation are payable by the client.
  • "Tastings" are available between January and the last week of March; these are charged at cost price.
  • All of our quotations include the supply of cutlery, crockery, buffet heating and service equipment. In some instances heavy equipment may need to be hired in.
  • Prices + Vat
  • The "Chocolate Fondue Fountain" is available free of charge at most functions, based on availability at time of booking.
